Course description, schedule of deadlines and office hours

Use this timesheet for Spring internships:
Keep track of your hours and ask your supervisor to initial each monthly total. When 60 hours are completed for an unpaid internship (75 hours paid) your supervisor must sign the bottom line.

Please print this letter and provide it to your employer upon interviewing for a position. Your instructor will also provide you with a printed copy if you send an email request.

This form must be signed by your supervisor prior to beginning your internship. Please return this signed document to your instructor.
