Meet Gina! An avid reader, and now a regular listener of audio books, she is the biggest proponent of libraries. Her journey started in India, with a Master's in English, where she was a sub-editor for a major Indian newspaper. She then moved to Australia, and finally made California her home. This is where she got her Master's in Library Science and became the biggest cheerleader for her students. Her own life is a testament of the challenges that first-generation immigrants go through. She strongly believes that every student can succeed, you only need a strong will and good work ethic. She has three kids, 2 humans and one dog. Of course, her four-legged one is her favorite child. Please mention Kali, her dog, if you "see" her online or in-person. Connect with Gina!

Literary Reference Center Plus database provides access to biographies, bibliographies, and critical analyses of authors. Excellent for critiques on contemporary authors. Most useful for contemporary U.S. authors. There's a great timeline useful for assignments outside of the English/Literature field as well. Watch the How to Use Literary Reference Center Plus video.
