Meet Tom! Tom has an extensive teaching and work history in postsecondary education, including ten years as an adjunct librarian at Chaffey College, and even a stint abroad at a university in S. Korea. He has found the students at Chaffey to be dedicated and engaged, and he particularly enjoys hearing of their later career and/or academic success after graduating or transferring. His focus is on the colors of students’ hearts and minds, and the perseverance, determination, and critical thoughts forged therein. Tom enjoys working out at the gym. He also has done a great deal of solo wilderness adventuring, where he has witnessed both mystery and wonder. Connect with Tom!

Looking for your class textbook?You can check out the Library's OneSearch system to see if you can borrow a textbook for a short period of time. These short periods could be from one hour check out at the library or an overnight check out. Review the loan periods in the Check out library materials from the Circulation Desk guide.
For long-term rental periods or to buy a textbook, visit the Campus Store (bookstore) and watch the video on how to do so.
