The purpose of the Resource Allocation Committee (RAC) is to provide a mechanism for prioritizing and funding validated needs identified in the District's comprehensive Program and Services Review (PSR) process and Technology Plan. Over the past two years, the RAC has refined this process and operates using the established RAC process.
