March 2023 - Welcome to our Chaffey College Library Happenings! Our goal is to keep you informed with the latest resources and services the library has to offer.

Did You Know

24/7 live chat Do you have a busy schedule? You can always chat with an expert librarian 24 hours, 7 days a week. Librarians can assist you with finding the best keywords, figuring out how to use a database; share tips and tricks for using Google like a pro, figuring out how and where to start researching, evaluating websites, articles, books, etc., finding scholarly sources, and they can be a friendly ear to bounce ideas off!

Using Opposing Viewpoints database effectively!

Opposing Viewpoints database draws on the social issues series published by Greenhaven Press, as well as material from other reference sources including specialized encyclopedias to present social issues. Great place to check for topics for research papers. Most useful for selecting a topic, position papers, statistics and background reference material. Watch the Opposing Viewpoints database video to learn how to use it.
