New Year’s resolutions are always challenging, and lucky for us, this book will guide us into new habits with a minimum of effort.  That’s right!  It’s the small changes that add up to big accomplishments.

As a result of our habits, we can become happy and successful or the opposite.  What we think about and do each day, i.e. our habits, result in the type of person we become, the things we believe about ourselves, and how we portray ourselves to the world.
