LibChat User Guide: LibChat Training

Welcome to Chaffey College's LibChat Training! The training objectives are that you will:

• Be able to login and set up your LibChat/LibAnswers profile.
• Learn how to use the Internal Chat, the FAQs, and Canned Messages. 
• Learn how to answer, transfer, and help Chaffey students using LibChat.

The training in the box below goes through how to use LibChat. Click on each of the 5 parts below to watch the videos and the last tab contains a short self check review. The other tabbed sections at the top of the page contain additional tips and screen shots that you can also review.
