If your course utilizes a textbook that is available through the Chaffey College Library, you may have the option to use the textbook for FREE through the library's resources.
To search the library for your textbook, search in OneSearch. Here is a link to a video demonstration of how to search for your textbooks, and here is a link to a pdf with instructions.
You may have the option to use the textbook either in-person at the library, or online using the Digital Version. When you locate your textbook in OneSearch, you will see the item record that looks similar to this:
In this example, the textbook is available both in-person from the Rancho library and online using the Digital Version.
In this example, the call number is RES 150 LIB1.
In-person textbooks are available to use in the library for one hour at a time. Please bring a picture ID and your Chaffey ID number to check out library materials.
Use your MyChaffey login information.
After logging in, click "Digital Version(s)"
You can view the file for one hour. When you are finished viewing, click "Click Here When Done Viewing This Book" near the upper right hand corner.
If another person is using the file, you will have the option to join a waitlist.
